Civil Defence Centres and shelters 

Auckland Emergency Management have opened Civil Defence Centres (CDC) for those who need to evacuate and cannot stay with friends or whānau. You can also get welfare support in these hubs. 

Check the AEM website for updates on CDC locations. Check our Facebook page for updates on when our own support facilitators are at the CDCs--they can support you to access disability equipment, clothes and more.
