New referral form for professionals

Professionals can use our online referral form that's super easy to use and helps determine if a person is eligible to receive our service. 

It's fully accessible like the rest of our website, all client information is stored securely, and it prompts users to verify that client consent has been obtained prior to sending a referral. 

Professionals like GPs, specialists, teachers and social workers can also continue sending referrals via referrals@taikura.org.nz.
